ROTOR FIORINI guarantees perfect cooking for products while maintaining top quality ingredients, the basis of all doughs. ROTOR is an extremely versatile oven which adapts perfectly to the most diverse of products and different processing systems. Devices guarantee easy manoeuvring even by non-qualified personnel. Maximum efficiency gives low consumption and significant energy savings. Structure favours an optimal usage of thermal exchange guaranteeing long product life for the machine.

The rotor oven is available in MINI ROTOR models (for trays with dimensions of cm. 40x60 – 40x80  – 50x70 – 46x 66 – 45x 75), ROTOR models (60 x 80 cm trays), MAXI ROTOR models (for trays with dimensions of cm. 80x80 – 80x90 – 66 x 92 - 80x100) and ROTOR 2 models (for 80x120 trays or double trolley with dimensions of 60 x 80cm each).

• Face, internal panels and flooring in thick strong steel. External panels in steel
• Heat exchanger in refractory stainless steel for gas or diesel models. For the electrical model, heat is generated by stainless steel covered resistances.
• High output channel steam generator to provide suitable quantities of steam even during continuous cooking cycles.
• Steam is extracted through a valve and the wide hood permits total dispersion of steam from the chamber giving a dry and odour free working environment.
• Access ramp for wide trolley with moderate inclination
• Trolley rotation is by motor reduction gear with torque limiter.
• Double safety thermostat in baking chamber and fumes extractor chimney.
